If you are ready for a holiday, our holiday homes in the Eifel are the first choice and are also very popular as group accommodation. Our self-catering cottages offer endless opportunities to relax and get away from the stress of everyday life.

Our large family-friendly holiday homes are located in the Felsenland Südeifel, directly in the German-Luxembourg Nature Park near the climatic health resort of Neuerburg in the Eifel - a historic place with a long history and modern infrastructure.

Close to nature, huge holiday home with two terraces, for a shared, relaxing holiday with family or friends in the Eifel for sole use. The highlight is the large communal room where all guests can eat and celebrate together.

After renovation and new construction work in 2015, the historic Eifelhaus shines in new splendour. In addition to two large living areas with an open kitchen and a very large dining room with a natural stone wall, there are seven bedrooms and three shower bathrooms.  With its characteristic Eifel appearance, the holiday home offers space for up to 20 guests. The total living space is approx. 230 m².  Pets are welcome!

You as a guest use the entire holiday home on your own!

The holiday home Eifel Landhaus has a large separate kitchen on the ground floor and a combined kitchen, dining and living room with kitchenette in the attic. The large kitchen is fully equipped for up to 21 people, i.e. there is enough crockery, cutlery, pots, etc. available. The other kitchen area is equipped for up to 10 people.

In the large common and dining room on the ground floor, a total of over 20 people can sit together at two tables. A striking, mighty quarry stone wall creates a particularly pleasant and cosy atmosphere, which comes into its own especially well with the indirect lighting. Seven floor-to-ceiling panorama windows make the room feel large and open. In addition, a lot of natural light falls in from outside. A mighty dining table offers space for 14 guests. Another smaller table offers space for 8 guests.

There are 20 beds in 7 bedrooms. There are double rooms, triple rooms and shared rooms to choose from. Spectacular is certainly the unique triple loft bed - a paradise for every child. Enjoy looking out into unspoilt nature when you wake up. Fall asleep with a view of the setting sun.  The layout of the bedrooms is as follows:

The holiday home offers you two living areas and three seating groups, each with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofas or armchairs. In addition, you will find many books - also about the Eifel (non-fiction and detective stories) - as well as board games. The upper living area is equipped with a stylish sofa corner, armchair, table and flat screen. The open plan design, combined with large windows, creates lots of light and a spacious living feeling.

There are three bathrooms available. Each bathroom has a floor-level shower, washbasin, WC and a window. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a urinal.

Radiators in every room and two fireplaces provide pleasant warmth even in the harshest winter. Furthermore, we provide our guests with free internet access.

There are about 1,000 square metres of outdoor space available. In front of the house, facing south, you will find a spacious terrace with enough seating for all guests. Behind the holiday home there is also a small terrace with seating as well as a large meadow. In addition, there is a large charcoal legill available. Sufficient parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

This historic - more than 200 years old - Eifel country house is very quietly located in the small village of Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf, in a tiny settlement in the middle of the idyllic nature of the Enz valley in the Neuerburger Land of the southern Eifel. The Enztal cycle path runs directly at the foot of the house and it is surrounded by hiking trails.

As the holiday home is close to 3 other holiday homes, the noise level should be adapted to the time of day in the evening and there should be quiet outside from 11 pm onwards. We are happy about friendly, funny and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, under no circumstances should our house and our neighbours be affected by this. Please be considerate - of furnishings, noise levels and night's rest. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to 25 years of age). Stag parties and binge drinking are also not welcome.

 Dog owners should note that the property is not fenced and it is therefore advisable to keep dogs on a leash.

 You will find shopping facilities at a distance of three kilometres. Luxembourg, Neuerburg, Bitburg, Prüm and dozens of cycling and hiking trails are nearby. There are countless other leisure activities, such as the Eifel Zoo, the Neuerburg fun pool and many castles and ruins.
