The apartment (approx. 80 sqm) is located on the mezzanine floor (6 Steps), has been partially renovated and refurnished. It’s divided into a large living room with kitchenette, a sofa that may be converted into a double bed. From the living room you access a terrace (10 sqm) exposed towards south, where it is possible to dine in the sun enjoying the garden view. The apartment has a double bedroom with pool view, a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds, plus a possible third pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has Wi-Fi, foreign satellite channels and air conditioning.
The property has also a covered outdoor parking space (measures L 235 cm, H 200 cm, W 600 cm) near to the entrance.
