A large gravelled courtyard, closed and without vis-à-vis, facing south-west. It is overlooked by a beautiful terrace of 35 m², and furnished with folding sun loungers, a table, chairs, a large parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outdoors.- A wooded lawn area.- A pétanque court.
