We are in the center of Maria Alm, directly at the Prinzenberg Natrun. 
It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to the bottom station of the Natrun lift. 
The Simmerllift (T-bar lift) is right in front of the apartment. 
The Natrun hiking trail starts and ends at the house 
and in winter you can ski to the front door.
Restaurants, bars, shops, etc. are all within walking distance.

Our apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen and offers space for 4 to 6 persons. In the separate entrance area there is enough space for skis, bikes, hiking boots and prams. You can fade out your precious vacation days comfortably on your own terrace with a view on the Prinzenberg Natrun.

We offer two separate bedrooms, one with its own bathroom.
Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with a wash basin, shower, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer.
