Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This modern 3-bedroom flat is located in a truly spectacular part of London - on the Thames with breathtaking views across the river to Big Ben and the Palace of Westminster. The flat has been recently refurbished in a sleek style, featuring modern furniture throughout and it comes with three spacious bedrooms. Moreover, it features large windows giving the home ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

This three-bed flat has been fantastically renovated with a modern minimalist style. Bright, airy, functional - it's the perfect spot for both tourists and professionals. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a sofa for you to cosy up on as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has been redesigned to a high standard. The flat features three bedrooms - one king size bed, one double bed and one sofa bed - all maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. The flat has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying the fantastic views.

The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Situated in Lambeth, this location is truly picturesque. The flat offers access to both busy tourist attractions, as well as quieter parks and residential areas. In addition, the area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. With multiple bus stops and tube stations a short walk away, you have easy access to anywhere in London. If you want to take it slow, you can walk to most areas of central London with ease.

The home is a short walk from Lambeth tube station and Waterloo. You’ll also have access to several bus routes, which can take you all over the city, albeit a little slower. On top of that, you can happily walk to several London hotspots in 30 minutes or less.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this apartment you are agreeing to the tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This apartment is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
