The family house with an apartment on the ground floor is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Vantačići, 250 meters from the sea and 4000 meters from the center of Malinska. Near the house there is a shop with basic necessities. Not far from the house is a beautiful promenade by the sea that leads all the way to the center of Malinska, but also to Njivice. In the yard of the house there is a parking lot for guests, and guests can use the barbecue and garden shower.
The apartment for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor of the house, with a total size of 65 square meters. It consists of a beautiful covered terrace, living room, kitchen and dining room all in one space, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with toilet and bathtub. In one bedroom there is an additional bed for one person on the couch. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen towels, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine.
