    “Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Objekt mit sowohl sehr gepflegten Räumlichkeiten als auch einem durchdachten und wunderschön angelegten Außenbereich. Das Badezimmer ist zwar klein, jedoch sehr ansprechend ausgestattet. Die vollausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen kleinen Essbereich und zwei Kühlschränke. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein riesiger Steintisch an dem die Abende mit Blick auf die zum Haus gehörenden Weinreben ruhig ausklingen können. Hierzu dienlich ist auch der gemauerte, sehr große Außengrill. Das Objekt befindet sich abseits der Hauptstraße, bietet jedoch eine rasche Anbindung.”
