The apartment is located in the Wellswood area of Torquay. This leafy and prosperous residential area has "Wellswood Village" which is just a five minute walk from the apartment. Here you can find a pub, delicatessen, post office, restaurants, cafes, a patisserie and a whole host of other independent traders. A short walk from Wellswood Village is the stunning Kent's Cavern. This World Heritage site is a network of prehistoric caves where remains of some of the earliest human life in northern Europe has been found.

Torquay harbour and town centre are a twenty minute walk away. Alternatively, guests can make use of the high frequency bus service which is just five minutes away from the property.

The location of the property means it is ideal to explore all that The English Riviera has to offer.

The apartment is incredibly spacious. It has a dining hall lit from above by a beautiful roof lantern which means that this heart of the apartment is flooded with light all day long. There is an open plan kitchen which has all the equipment you could possibly want for a stay. The apartment has a fantastic sitting room with sofas and armchairs where four people can relax in supreme comfort. The sitting room has windows along the full length of one of its walls and so this room is always light and bright.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and features a TV plus a lot of storage space. The second bedroom can be configured as two single beds or else as a superking bed (UK size 6 foot width).

The apartment also has a good sized bathroom with a large shower.
