Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert mit neuem Parkettboden und neuen Vorhängen in allen Zimmern, modernem WIFI und TV. Sie finden ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke sowie eine eingerichtete Küche. Vom Terrassensitzplatz gelangen Sie direkt in den Garten. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Skiraum. Ein Garagenplatz kann kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden.


Im Winter (vom ersten Montag im Dezember bis zum ersten Sonntag im April) steht Ihnen in der Residenza Belvair ein Wellnessbereich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Der Wellnessbereich verfügt über eine Sauna, ein Dampfbad, einen Relax-Bereich, Duschen und Fitnessgeräte.


Das Ferienhaus Residenza Belvair liegt im Dorfeingang von Zuoz. Der Bahnhof, die Tourist Information und der Supermarkt Coop sind zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Auch das Langlauf- und Golfzentrum mit Sportgeschäft sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
