Sie finden zudem einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen sowie eine Fernsehecke mit zwei Sesseln. Die Wohnung hat eine neue und komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Ein kleiner Balkon steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Ein Aussenparkplatz, ein Skiraum und eine Waschküche runden das Angebot dieser Ferienwohnung ab.


Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hotelkomplex des Hotel Chesa Surlej. Die Lounge sowie die Sonnenterrasse des Hotels können genutzt werden. Das Hotel verfügt zudem über gute Restaurants.


Direkt vor dem Ferienhaus in Silvaplana-Surlej finden Sie die Bushaltestelle sowie einen Sportladen. Bis zur Talstation der Corvatschbahn sind es nur wenige Meter und es verkehren regelmässig Gratis-Busse. Mit den Skis können Sie bis vor das Haus fahren.
