Die Renovierung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mithilfe von Dienstleistern aus dem Oberengadin durchgeführt. Das elegante Design, der handgehobelte Eichenholzboden und die ausgewählte Ausstattung machen das Apartment euforia zu einem kleinen Zuhause in den Bergen.


Im Wohn- und Essbereich finden Sie ein Sofa und einen Fernseher mit Swisscom-TV und Netflix. Ein Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen und lädt zum Abendessen zu zweit oder mit Freunden ein. Direkt anschliessend an den Wohn- und Essbereich finden Sie die halboffene, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler.


Das grosszügige Schlafzimmer sorgt mit einer modernen Holzvertäfelung für Gemütlichkeit. Es verfügt über ein grosses Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) und bietet in einem alten Engadiner Schrank ausreichend Stauraum für Ihre persönlichen Dinge. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangen Sie direkt ins Bad mit Dusche, welches in elegantem Design strahlt.


Im Haus befindet sich eine Waschküche sowie ein Skiraum zur allgemeinen Nutzung. Ein Garagenparkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Durch die Lage inmitten des historischen Zentrums von Samedan sind alle Annehmlichkeiten für den Alltag fussläufig erreichbar und es gibt eine direkte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, um in die umliegenden Dörfer, zu den Ski- und Wandergebieten und nach St. Moritz zu gelangen.
