Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche. Die Küche ist mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet und komplett eingerichtet. Ein Esstisch für 6 Personen steht zur Verfügung und von der Küche gelangen Sie auf den Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht in Richtung Piz Padella und Corviglia. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei Sofas und ein Fernseher. Sie finden ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und En-Suite Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Es steht ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Skiraum sowie eine private Waschküche. Ebenfalls gehört zur Wohnung ein Garagenparkplatz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Neubau und wurde kürzlich mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Ortseingang zum historischen Dorfteil von Pontresina. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die Bushaltestelle. In 4 Fussminuten erreichen Sie im Winter die Loipe und den Eis- / Curlingplatz sowie im Sommer verschiedene Wander- und Bikewege und den Tennis- / Spielplatz.
