The house itself is built on a 4.000 sq.m. prime estate. A beautiful residence surrounded by well groomed palm, cypress and eucalyptus trees, provide a welcoming shade to the occasional summer heat. Gouvia originally a fishing village, is a short 8 km distance from the city of Corfu, equipped to meet the needs of every visitor. Built around the picturesque Gouvia Bay and marina.Gouvia has traditonal Greek tavernas, cafes, bakeries, and also International cuisines such as Mexican, Italian, Indian, Thai and Chinese. It also has small bars for the teenagers and young ones to venture out but not be too far from home.Gouvia had excellent tourist infrastructure with a large assortment of shops such as supermarkets, gift shops, leather shops, jewelry shops, souvenir shops, clothing and accessories outlets; pretty much anything a visitor may need.
