Beautiful luxury house with outdoor spa and sauna at Grønninghoved beach.
Welcome to this modern, spacious and high quality furnished Scandinavian style vacation home. The spacious house can accommodate e.g. 2 families, who will find plenty of sleeping space in the four comfortable bedrooms and on the two open sleeping lofts. The large windows let a lot of light into the large living room with open connection to the kitchen. This is where families or friends gather to socialize and enjoy meals together.
In the cottage you will also find an activity room with billiards/pool and table tennis, which invites you to spend entertaining hours.
Outside, a large and sunny terrace with deck chairs awaits you, where you can spend many pleasant hours in the fresh air. A highlight is the large, luxurious whirlpool, where you can look forward to pure relaxation in the warm water and then sit in the cozy warm barrel sauna and enjoy the view of the water and beach. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, garden table and chairs, so you can enjoy a good dinner here.
The house is the ideal starting point if you dream of a vacation close to the beach, water and forest. The beach has very fine sand and a shallow, child-friendly coastline. There is also a bathing jetty, a wheelchair ramp to the water and a towing point. From the beach, a marked bike path called Vandvejen leads to Kolding. The beach is just a short walk from the house, about 500 m. Nearby, in the other direction, is the forest, where you can go for long cycling or hiking trips and enjoy the deep silence of the forest.
The cottage also offers the whole family (max. 6 people at a time) free access to Kolding Slotssøbad with water slides, play pools, whirlpools, saunas, steam baths and much more. Kolding Slotssøbad is located 20 minutes away by car in the center of Kolding. In the city of Kolding you will also find the royal castle Kolding Hus, which is guaranteed to delight the whole family.
Please note: Part of the cottage area is under development, so there may be construction activities at times. The cottage garden will not be accessible until the summer of 2023.
