 Just 1.5 km away from the villa you can find Fanes village, where there are plenty of conveniences you might need during your holidays such as super markets, bakeries, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, gas station, ATM, public transportation and pharmacy. The location of the villa is an ideal base to explore the island of Rhodes and car hire is an excellent idea for those who want to make the most of their time on the island. Indeed Rhodes has plenty to offer as it has 2400 years of history and it is filled with archeological, cultural and natural places of interest. Just a short drive from the villa you can find the Valley of the Butterflies, a place of unique natural beauty where guests can experience a truly magnificent scenery following the stone cut paths among ancient trees that are covered with butterflies. The ancient Greek city of Kamiros is also close to the villa and visitors can have the unique opportunity to see the well preserved ruins of a prominent city of the ancient era.
