The Kissimmee location is just off Highway 192 which puts a whole host of shops, restaurants and entertainment on your doorstep. You are also well-placed to explore the wider central Florida region. The Atlantic beaches are around an hour’s drive and it is approximately a 60-minute drive to Tampa, St. Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico.

This home features 2 living areas, the first is a quiet lounge to the front of the home, the second overlooks the pool deck with plenty of seating. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining area is located right off of the kitchen and seats 6. There is also a great air conditioned game room with a pool table, air hockey, dartboard and TV.
