    “Wir (2 Personen) haben die Wohnung in der Vorsaison gemietet. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Die Küche ist für 2 Personen ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Verwalterin, Filippa, hat sich bestens um alles gekümmert und ist bei Fragen und Wünschen ein guter Ansprechpartner. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und im nahe gelegenen Restaurant am Strand kann man gut essen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist leider durch ein Vordach etwas eingeschränkt, so dass beim Sitzen kaum direkter Meerblick möglich ist. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da durch die beiden Schlafräume und zwei Bäder ausreichend Platz vorhanden war.”

    “Das Appartment liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine schöne Ost-Terrasse mit morgentlicher Sonne (im Hochsommer aber wegen der Hitze nur bedingt zum Frühstücken geeignet - für den Mittag und Abend aber umso mehr). Sehr ordentliche Ausstattung, neuer Gasherd, alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien, bis auf eine Kaffemaschine! Nur eine kleine Espressokanne, da könnte man was investieren. Bad und Schlafraum top - auch im Juli bei 35°C plus noch erträglich. Klimageräte vorhanden, aber nicht besonders wirkungsvoll. Besser ist abendliches Lüften und Auskühlen; tagsüber alle Fenster und Türen zu! Holztisch und Holzstühle innen, Kunststoff draussen. Die Außenausstattung ist einfach, aber funktionell. Kein Grill. Die Betreuung vor Ort erfolgt über eine Italienerin (wohnt im Ort), die aber keine Fremdsprache beherrscht. Dies ist eher unterhaltsam, als hinderlich. Vertrag, Kaution ... abwickeln ist mit Gestik und Mimik unterstützt immer machbar. Etwas Zeit braucht man halt, sollte man im Urlaub ja erübrigen können.”
