Die Ferienwohnung Nr.1 befindet sich zusammen mit einer weiteren Ferienwohnung (Nr.2) in einem Holzhaus am Anfang des Dorfes. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich der Wohnraum, die Küche mit Eßecke und das Bad mit Dusche/WC und Waschtisch. Durch eine Balkontür gelangen Sie zur Außenterrasse. Wohnraum, Küche und Eßecke sind als offene Bereiche miteinander verbunden. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem Sat-TV, CD-Player, Radio und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoß befinden sich die beiden Schlafräume. Der erste Schlafraum enthält ein Doppelbett mit 140 cm Breite, der Zweite zwei Einzelbetten mit jeweils 90 cm Breite. Die Terrasse ist mit Sonnenschirm und diversen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Vor den Ferienhäusern erstreckt sich eine 2400 qm große Rasenfläche mit einem ungetrübtem Blick auf die angrenzende Natur und einem ca. 250 qm großen Fischteich. Zur dorfeigenen Badestelle sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. Den schönsten Strand an der Müritz, mit herrlichem Sand, Strandkörben und entsprechender Versorgung erreichen Sie mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten. Dort können Sie auch mit der Weißen Flotte in See stechen oder selbst ein Boot mieten. Im Nachbarort Klink (1,2 km) gibt es eine Tennishalle mit angrenzender Bowlingbahn, sowie einen Sportplatz. Nur 200 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder zu leihen. Eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus Sie nach Waren fahren können, ist nur 100m entfernt. In Röbel (18 km) kann man in der kühleren Jahreszeit die dortige Therme besuchen.
