LIVING SPACE

2 seperate living spaces provides plenty of room for the whole family. The first quiet living area is located in the front of the villa and the comtemporary family room has smart TV's with netflix and cable. The kitchen is a large open plan with modern appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4. There first dining area is an elegant family table seating 6 and the second over looks the pool deck and has seating for 6.

ENTERTAINMENT

The action packed games room features a pool table, air hockey, table football, TV and Xbox.

This property features an inter com system and also a music systems that can be listened to though out the property and when on the patio. Each room has its own on/off switch so if you don't want to listen to the music that is playing, you can mute the sound.

This home has a good-sized south-west-facing pool deck offering plenty of sunbathing options. The private pool & spa are perfort unwiding after a busy day at the park. Enjoy the peaceful lake views while using the outside kitchen with built in BBQ. The covered, outdoor dining table and good amount of patio space are great for relaxing in the Florida sun. There is also a seperate toilet for pool use.
