Apartamento Roqueta is a modern property situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerto Pollensa. Just meters from the Marina and a few minutes walk from the famous Pinewalk and Puerto Pollensa’s beaches.

Located on the second floor consisting of a lounge dining area with a large eight person dining table, a comfortable sofa, TV and with large patio windows leading directly to the balcony which includes a table & seating for 4 people and beautiful panoramic views looking out over Puerto Pollensa Bay. There is a separate kitchen located off of the lounge area; fully equipped with high quality fittings and appliances. The apartment offers 4 bedrooms, a main front bedroom with views to the Marina, also has an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. At the back of the apartment there is another double bedroom, and a further two bedrooms with two singles beds. There is also two further bathrooms, one family bathroom with bath and shower and the second bathroom with walk in shower.
The apartment offers air con ( whose temperature is min. 24º in summer and 27º max. in winter) and Wi-Fi through out the property. There is easy access into the building and lift (accessible for wheelchair).
This apartment is perfect for families and small groups looking to be close to all amenities, renowned beach front and a variety of water based activities including sailing, scuba diving, wind surfing and more.

Once you have completed the online guest check in details we will then be able to send you the arrival details and direction to the property a week prior to your arrival.
