This stunning villa is located in pefkos village. It offers an amazing private swimming pool and an incredible landscape where you will feel peace of mind as long as you enter the property. The nearest enchanting beach of Pefki is found at a distance of a 5-minute walk. The property is 2 sepate buildings and it is rents as one.Designed in two levels ,each level has a kitchen and a living room as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. It conveniently accommodates up to 8 guests. 

Each building has 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds. There are two bathrooms in each building.Each level of the house owns a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a smart TV with Netflix There are plenty of seating areas, indoors or outdoors where you can relax and enjoy a delicious meal. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, you will find the stunning private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, seating areas, and sunbeds. Also, you will find BBQ facilities where you can prepare a meal and enjoy a gathering with your loved ones!
