Das Grundstück hat eine Größe von 650 m2. Es gibt eine überdachte Pergola und eine Grillstation. Um den Garten so richtig zu genießen haben wir 2 Liegen und eine Hängematte.

Darin befindet sich die berühmte Herdade da Aroeira und es gibt auch zahlreiche andere villenartige Gebäude, die sowohl als Erst- als auch als Zweitwohnsitz genutzt werden. Sein Wachstum erfolgte hauptsächlich ab den 1970er Jahren.Eingebettet in einen riesigen Pinienwald, den Pinhal da Aroeira, in der Umgebung dieses Ortes, im Westen, befinden sich die Strände von Fonte da Telha, die Strände von Costa de Caparica und die Mata Nacional dos Medos. Im Süden liegt Herdade da Aroeira und sein Golfplatz, und im Osten liegen die Städte Verdizela und Belverde. Herdade da Aroeira liegt 25 km vom Zentrum Lissabons und nur 600 Meter vom Strand entfernt und ist damit der größte Wohn- und Golfkomplex im Großraum Lissabon.
