Alav Pool Villa

The villa is located within close proximity of Afandou village, close to all kinds of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, ATMs, pharmacies, car & motorbike rentals and commercial shops. The villa is also close to some of the best beaches of the island. Near Afandou there is an organized beach with fine pebbles and a deep seabed, where visitors can do water sports or relax on a comfortable sunbed, under the sun or an umbrella. It’s found only in a 5-minute drive. Close to Afandou beach you can also find the golf course of the island. Along this beautiful beach visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving seafood and local delicacies. The villa is also close to one of the most popular beaches of the island, Tsampika beach, which stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear, shallow waters. Guests will find it at a 14-minute drive. For those who want to do some sightseeing during their holidays, Lindos and its Acropolis are dating back to the Classical Greek era, and are found in close proximity of 30 minutes. Close to the villa you can also find the 7 Springs Valley, or “Epta Piges”, a place of unique natural beauty that offers visitors a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the islands inland and wildlife.




Alav Pool Villa is a truly amazing property with a private swimming pool, located on the outskirts of Afantou village in Rhodes. As you enter the front door you immediately feel the welcoming aura and the tasteful decor unveiling the character of the house. The cleanest beach in Rhodes, Afandou beach,is found at a driving distance of 5 minutes. The villa conveniently hosts up to 8 people and will offer you a memorable stay.

Alav Pool Villa has two floors and provides over 200sqm of living space. You will find four bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with bunk beds. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have a unique style and character. All the upstairs bedrooms open to their private furnished balconies where you can find the ideal place to relax and let yourself be mesmerized by the amazing sea view. There are three bathrooms and a WC. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and the others have a shower. On the ground floor, you can find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment and appliances to prepare fantastic meals, as well as a conveniently arranged dining area with a great view of the sea stretching into the horizon. Also, guests will find the lounge where you can relax on the comfortable, stylish couch and enjoy the entertainment center. There are a screen Tv and free wifi access throughout the property. The lounge offers access to the furnished verandas and the pool area. The elegant contemporary design of the outdoor facilities of Alav Pool Villa combine a 45 sqm infinity style pool, as well as an oversized terrace with a built-in BBQ, a dining area, and a wc. Children will surely appreciate the grassy area with the mini football pitch, where they can spend their time carefree. In the evening you can make the most of the BBQ installation and the outdoor kitchen facilities, and dine under the magnificent starry summer sky.
