Guests are within minutes of all major attractions from Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Less than 10 minutes from Animal Kingdom!
Furnished to a high standard, this 4-bedroom townhome with lake view offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.
The first floor features a bedroom with a Suite with QueenSize bed with bathroom, an open concept layout offers a luminous living area with a HDTV 60” with sleeper sofa, and it is integrated with a full-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and the dining area.
There is also a screened pool and guests can choose to dine under the lanai.
On the second floor are the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with KingSize bed, 40” HDTV and en suite, a bedroom w/ Two TwinSize beds, and the other bedroom w/ Two FullSize beds. These bedrooms shared the 3rd Bathroom w/ soak tub. All the bedrooms are provided with TV. Also the Washer/Dryer room is in this floor.

If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
0% if cancelled late than 30 days before the Check-in Date
Directions & Check-in Instructions :
Within 30 days before your check in date we will give you access to our Guest App where you can access our Rental Agreement and all of the information about your reservation using your confirmation number. We ask for a photo of your ID and Credit Card for verification purposes allowing you to go directly to your vacation home with all access codes. This can be uploaded directly to the Guest App itself.
Two days before arrival we will provide the full Directions and Check In Instructions (Address, Gate Codes, and Home Codes) to access your Vacation Home. This contains all procedures to go directly to your Vacation Home as this is a fully automated home which provides more comfort and safety for our guests.
Take advantage of our Guest App, where you'll be able to see all of the Information related to your vacation, and enjoy the offers and services we provide inside Guest App, even directly messaging our team using Guest App.Â
