You will find our Haus Leopold in a wonderfully quiet location near the indoor swimming pool with sauna and with an impressive view of the Gosaukamm massif. Enjoy with your family a large property with swing and playground. The centre of Gosau is only a few minutes away. In summer, we are a perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. In winter you can reach the skiing area Dachstein West in just a few minutes by car or you can use the free ski bus.

On the ground floor 2 flats with kitchens for 2 to 4 guests. On the 1st floor, two flats for up to 4 guests each with kitchenettes and children's rooms. On the 2nd floor 2 cosy flats for 2 to 4 guests with kitchenettes. All flats have beautiful winter gardens, the flat "Zwieselalm" has a terrace.

There is a kitchen with a small oven, many kitchen utensils and a separate dining area with a unique panoramic view.
