Large, charming cottage in a special location on the golf course of Dueodde.
The property is a two-story stone house from 1889, which has undergone a complete renovation and now shines in new splendor. The large kitchen-living room welcomes you directly on the first floor, where you will also find a dining area, a sofa corner, TV and a wood-burning stove. Here you can spend many a cozy hour together. Make yourself comfortable, chat, watch movies or try your hand at board games, or just relax and enjoy the warmth and coziness of the wood stove. On the 1st floor there is a large hallway, TV, lots of light and wide view of the golf course.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is situated on a large, idyllic and wooded plot. The west facing terrace overlooks the golf course and invites you to sit and enjoy the sun, read a good book or have your cup of coffee or a refreshing drink. Sun loungers are available for resting, if you are full of energy, you can use the many space around the house for romping and playing with the children.
You will stay only 800 meters from an enticing swimming beach. If you like golf, your house couldn't be better located. The area also offers many beautiful hiking trails. Sights such as the ruin of Hammershus, the round church of Østerlars, the famous Echo Valley (Ekkodalen) or the cliffs Helligdomsklipperne are always worth a trip. You can also visit the very charming towns of Aakirkeby, Snogebæk and Svaneke. Be sure to try a Krølle-Bølle ice cream, named after the national island troll, which children will definitely not say no to.
