Our modern serviced apartments are located just 600 metres from the pedestrian zone in a beautiful Art Nouveau building. The main railway station and bus station are just across the street and a bakery as well as an organic supermarket are only a few steps away.

Choose between a flat for up to 2 people (approx. 30 sqm) or a particularly spacious flat for up to 6 people (approx. 95 sqm). Each of the flats is equipped with a kitchen/kitchenette with microwave, fridge and ceramic hob. You will also find a spacious and bright bathroom with shower/toilet, a desk and dining table, a mobile air conditioning unit, smart internet TV (apps for streaming services installed), internet via free high-speed Wi-Fi (100mbit/s) and a private doorbell system (can be switched off).

For both apartments, you can book services from the Hotel & Living Am Wartturm (such as breakfast, bike hire, laundry service) individually and flexibly at any time. So, you can really feel at home with this all-round service.

Please note: Just like our hotel rooms, all city apartments are professionally cleaned by our hotel staff in accordance with HACCP standards.

The main train and bus stations are directly across the street, and you will find a bakery and shops for your daily needs just 100 metres away.

Your approx. 95 sqm serviced apartment on the 1st floor impresses with its spacious layout. Step into the large hallway, from which you can access the two bedrooms, the cosy living area and the bathroom. Through the dining area with kitchen, you reach the sunny loggia with a garden view. The particularly high ceilings (some still with original stucco) in combination with contemporary furnishings add to the charm of this apartment.

Conditions:

Your stay in the serviced apartments includes the following services once a week: Apartment cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dishwashing service, change of towels, change of bed linen. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Prices are per night in EUR incl. VAT, SAT-TV, internet access via LAN/WLAN, bed linen, towels, dish towels, electricity, heating, hot water, running costs and the weekly inclusive services mentioned above.

Option of self-catering in the apartment, in the neighboring Wilhelmi's Bocatas (weekdays from 6 am) or participation in the breakfast buffet at our hotel (Hotel Am Wartturm) at a special price (children up to 6 years are invited to breakfast).

A security deposit (credit card guarantee or cash) of EUR 250 is required for each stay, EUR 500 for stays of 28 nights or more. We reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of at least EUR 100 if the kitchen is very dirty on departure.

You will find a parking space in a neighboring parking garage (discounted parking rates with up to 50% savings are available at our hotel).

    “Wij vonden het een heerlijk huis, voor een drukke straat met station, maar dat hoor je binnen bar weinig van (,met ramen dicht) en achter de groene omgeving met ruim balkon waar je ban deze drukte niet veel mee krijgt. Het appartement is ruim, heerlijke hoekbank, luxe televisies met internet. Alles goed verzorgd, zo ook de wifi. Er worden allerlei service aangeboden, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt dus kunnen we niet beoordelen. Erg vriendelijk ontvangst, met tussendoor nog een heerlijk flesje wijn. Het licht erg centraal, vlak bij bij (klim) bos, fietsverhuur, Techniekmuseum, leuke oude straatjes, kroeg, winkeltjes, station. Genoeg te zien en te doen.
    Wij hebben het dik naar ons zin gehad! Positiv: Het appartement was heerlijk ruim.waar wij er van hebben genoten was het ruime balkon. Doordat er een balkon boven zat kan je altijd buiten zitten/eten. Erg. veel groen en vogels erom heen. Negativ: Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is het verkeetsgeluid als je de ramen voor open zet,maar het is maar net hoe je je daar aan ergert en de boel kan aan de achterkant prima open.”
