2020 renovierte 21/2 Zimmerwohnung in Orsehlina mit freier Sicht auf Langensee und Berge. 
Ausstattung: Küche und Wohnraumm: Terracottaboden, Schlafraum: Eichenparkett, Bad: Keramik, Sitzplatz Steinplatten. Auf dem Sitzplatz hört man das Rauschen des unmittelbar danebenleigenden Baches. Die Anlage hat ein Schwimmbad zur allgemeinen Benutzung. Die Anlage hat 10 Einheiten, die alle verschieden sind und ihren eigenen Charme haben. Durch die wabenförmige Anordnung kommt man nur mit den unmittelbaren Nachbarn in Kontakt und es ist angenehm ruhig.
100m östlich der Anlage beginnt der Wald und ein Wanderweg führt flach nach Brione oder hinauf nach Cardada. Im Norden führt die Treppe hinauf zur Ortskirche und dem Dorfladen. Eine Bäckerei mit Café liegt an der Hauptstrasse nach Locarno-Monti (6-7 Minuten zu Fuss). 20 m westlich der Anlage führt ein Treppenweg direkt hinunter zum Bahnhof Locarno (20 Minuten).

    “La vue sur Locarno et le Lac Majeur est magnifique. La terrasse a une vue dégagée. La piscine n'est pas très grande, mais largement suffisante pour les 10 appartements. Les machines à laver et sécher le linge (communs et payants) sont très pratiques. Les transports publics à proximité permettent de rejoindre le centre ou la Gare de Locarno en une quinzaine de minutes (attention aux horaires, car la fréquence n'est pas très élevée).
    La place de parc est payante (CHF 8.00 par jour) ou alors faut déplacer la voiture toutes les trois heures entre 07h00 et 19h00. Petite astuce, il y a des places "48 heures" 200 mètres plus loin !
    Les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux.
    Il manquerait éventuellement une climatisation ou un ventilateur.
    L'appartement est très chouette, mais il y avait un peu de poussière sur les armoire et mériterait un petit entretien supplémentaire : le luminaire de la chambre est mal fixé, la porte de la salle de bain ne croche pas et ne peut pas être fermée à clé, la porte du réduit ne peut pas être fermée (car elle touche le cadre). Positiv: La vue, la terrasse, la piscine, les machines à laver et sécher le linge et les transports publics. Negativ: La place de parc. Le manque d'une climatisation ou au moins d'un ventilateur.”
