The freight elevator starts on the 1st floor and there are 3 flights of stairs from the entrance to the building. The elevator works slowly, so you must hold down the elevator call button and access the floors until you reach the one you want.

Personalized check-in is available upon request, at an additional cost of €20.00 from 10pm. Payment in cash upon arrival.


Pets are allowed upon request, with an additional cost of €30.00 per pet. Payment in cash upon arrival.




The apartments are located in the historic area of Lisbon and we recommend that guests explore the area on foot. If you are driving, please note that parking in the historic area is for residents only. The nearest parking is at Praça da Figueira, 200 meters from Apartamentos Santa Justa 24, with a daily price of around €45.00. 700 meters from our apartments, there is also the most economical parking in Restauradores, with a daily price of around €25.00.

Baixa de Lisboa was completely rebuilt in the eighteenth century. Streets were designed with very specific shapes and measures, which were given the names of the various craftsmen and craftsmen of the time (shoemakers, gilders, lambs, gold and silver). In the 20th century many of the buildings were occupied by banks and offices, pushing residents into the New Avenues, and eventually leaving several buildings to be abandoned. However, in recent years the neighborhood has been reborn as a commercial and tourist center. Many of the streets are pedestrian, and connect a number of monumental squares, from Rossio with its cafes to Praça do Comércio with its triumphal arch, to the elegant Praça do Município. Currently there are several projects for the largest rehabilitation of the area since the 18th century Pombaline reconstruction, and there is hope of being recognized as a World Heritage Site.
