Fantastic frontline beach holiday home with sea and swimming pool views in a very quiet complex. The large terrace, of about 30 m2 overlooking the pool with sea views is a real highlight. The warm climate all year round guarantees long hours of relaxation and enjoyment. The entire apartment is completely renovated with wooden floors and decorated with a lot of taste and care. It has a living-dining room with access to the terrace, a new and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, both also with direct access to the terrace and a new bathroom with a comfortable shower. A parking space in the underground car park is at the disposal of our guests for their convenience. For people with reduced mobility, you will not find any steps from the street to the flat, as in the access to the communal pool. It is a perfect flat for couples or families looking for a quiet place to spend a few days of holidays, away from the big tourist crowds.
The centre of the picturesque coastal village of El Puertito de Güimar is only a 10 minute walk along the promenade from the apartment. There you will find several restaurants, bars and shops where you can sample Canarian gastronomy. Hiking enthusiasts can walk directly from the flat through the Malpaís de Güimar.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
Groups of young people under 20 years are not permitted.
