Your family or friends will be glad for an exquisite holiday home in Crete that is only 7 kilometers away from the nearest sandy beach. It is located between the largest cities of Crete and can be an ideal choice for your daily excursions of exploration. Villa Kantifes was built in 2018 and is designed to provide comfort and ergonomics for every visitor, without any aversion to aesthetics. On the outdoors there is a sea view and you can enjoy it as you sunbathe from the pool. It has a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. On the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge with large flat-screen TV, banquet and a kitchen with a breakfast table and all modern amenities. In the ground floor the color of wood dominates in a timeless minimalist style. Cozy curtains decorate the windows and offer privacy when it is required. The house can accommodate up to 5 guests in its two bedrooms, with one double bed in one room and three single beds in the other (they can be converted in to double bed and a single bed on request). The bedrooms are located on the first floor and have two balconies with a shelter and awesome green and sea views.
