Romantic holiday home for two vacations in the hills on the edge of the village of Monteggiori with a unique panoramic view of the nearby coast of Versilia. The two-storey house is rustic and comfortably furnished. You can take a refreshing dip in the above-ground swimming pool. A special highlight is the terrace on the upper floor, from where you have a view of the medieval village and the coast of Versilia. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea with a glass of wine. The house is located above olive groves in terraces in the middle of nature. After a walk (approx. 500 m) you reach the car-free town of Monteggiori with a well-known trattoria where you can try good Tuscan dishes. The fantastic long, gently sloping sandy beaches of the resort of Lido di Camaiore are just a 20-minute drive away. The area is characterized by rolling hills and small medieval villages. The holiday home is located at the foot of the village of Monteggiori and can be reached by car.

Activities in the area: Enjoy a relaxing beach holiday on the coast of Versilia with 25 km of light sandy beaches. Here you can get sun loungers and parasols (to be paid on site). Dogs are allowed on the free beaches at Marina di Torre del Lago. In the evening a walk through the charming town of Pietrasanta is worth it. Trattoria's in the narrow streets and bars on the Piazza are not only popular with artists. Visit the imposing marina of Viareggio (approx. 11 km), large yachts and small fishing boats fluctuate in the harbor. We recommend a bike ride directly along the Zeeweg (cycle path) from Viareggio to Forte Dei Marmi, the chic town on the coast. In Carrara you will find the well-known white marbles. For culture lovers, a day of Florence (approx. 105 km) should not be missing
