Former estate with bungalows and apartments just 900 meters from the sea. After a walk of 5-10 minutes through the green pine forest, you reach the gently rolling sandy beaches that extend along the coast in a picturesque way. The estate consists of the former Rentmeestershuis and various buildings that are beautifully embedded in the vast gardens, located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. To the north of Marina di Grosseto are wonderfully long and free beaches.

Please note: the apartment is located in the main building / concierge house. Use of the swimming pool at Le Marze campsite, 600 meters away, on request and for a fee. Barbecuing is not allowed.

The location is also ideal for day trips to the famous cultural and historic cities of Pisa, Siena and Florence. Tip: a visit to the Uccellina Nature Park, which is just 29 kilometers away.
