* Possibility of bringing the 2 single beds together to form a King size bed (180 x 190 cm)

* BZ bench as an extra in the living room for 2 additional people

* Fully equipped kitchen with hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle

* Kitchen open to the living room 

* Bathroom with shower, basin, heated towel rail.

 * Separate toilets.

 * 2 umbrella beds and 1 baby chair on request


1 Parking space in the courtyard + free public parking 50 meters away from the accommodation


Fully enclosed outdoor area by a motorized gate (perfect for protecting your roof box or bikes). Large yard ideal for children to use safely.

A dining area (garden furniture and barbecue) is at your entire disposal in the courtyard (Charcoal not provided).


Welcome kit including coffee pods, teas, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, soap and shampoo ... to make you feel at home.


Sheets and towels not provided (on request 10 euros per bed).

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “We really liked the location: in a pretty village with nice surroundings. Perfect for a short or longer walk and a great basis for exploring the region. The house was very clean and neat and well equiped. Good possibilities to cook and dine (and wine). The host was very kind and available. Please note however that if you - different from us - are dependant on swift internet access, that this is possibly not the best option for you. Positiv: Location Negativ: Internet Restaurant: Clos Napoleon - Regional food well executed Ausflüge: Region - Use this as storting point for exploring the region and visiting the vines”
