Just a few steps from the kilometer-long sandy beach. Modern and tastefully renovated holiday home on large, fenced plot with garden. From the bright, spacious living room and the front terrace you enjoy a beautiful view of the green, rural surroundings. It is almost unbelievable that just 50 meters away the deep blue sea invites you to take a refreshing dip and to practice all kinds of water sports. A vacation where peace and relaxation are central. On the upper floor is a cozy play area for the children and the garden with slide and swing offers all the space to romp.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt genau gegenüber der Kirche und bis zum großen Strand sind es nur ca. 100 m. Das Ferienhaus wurde renoviert und verfügt über sehr moderne Küchengeräte (Mikrowelle, Ofen, Spülmaschine). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wurde uns von den Vermietern Geraldine und Gregory in einem einwandfreien Zustand übergeben. Die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr gut und man kann dort gut schlafen. Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehsender, was wir aber vorher schon wussten und was auch kein Problem war. Im Haus liegt ein Glasfaserkabel und das Internet war sehr schnell.

    Wir sprechen zwar kein Französisch, konnten uns aber übers Handy mittels Übersetzungsprogramm sehr gut verständigen und auch bei späteren Rückfragen waren Geraldine und Gregory sehr hilfsbereit.

    Man kann sowohl mit elektronisch gesteuerten modernen Heizungen in allen Räumen oder mit einem klassischen Kaminofen heizen. Wir haben zwischenzeitlich elektrisch geheizt und die Kosten bei der Endabrechnung bei Wohnungsübergabe waren fair und nicht zu hoch.

    Es gibt eine große Terrasse und der sehr große Garten ist mit einem Zaun umschlossen. Unser Hund fühlte sich hier auch sehr wohl und stand oft Nase an Nase mit den Kühen, die auf einer Seite des Zaunes auf einer riesigen Weide grasen und abends immer ans Haus kamen.

    Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, aber wir haben zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge:
    1) Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder bei Regen trocken unterzustellen. Ein kleiner "Carport" an der Seite vorm Haus vor der Terrasse wäre hilfreich. Wir hatten eine Kunststoffplane dabei und konnten unsere Fahrräder so zumindest trocken abstellen.
    2) Mehr Schränke oder Ablagen für die Kleidung wären hilfreich. Es gibt zwar "Herrenkommoden" in den Zimmern, aber der Platz ist doch begrenzt”
