Semi-detached house, Ploumilliau

The modern and tastefully renovated typical Breton terraced house has its own terrace. Small, but nice and very comfortable, because both bedrooms have a private bathroom, just like in a hotel. The fenced garden house is in a quiet, rural location just minutes from beautiful coastal areas. Located southwest of Lannion and a bit off the coast, Ploumilliau is surrounded by centuries-old forests, chapels, mansions and castles such as the Château du Cruguel or the Château de Kergrist near Lannion and Tonquedec, to explore and visit. In the small resort St. Michel-en-Greve in the west you reach the nearest natural sandy beach, ideal for beach sailing, kite flying and horse riding. You can find the most beautiful beaches in the northeast popular seaside resorts of Trebeurden, Tregastel and Perros Guirec. On Saturday is market day in Ploumilliau. Here you can buy Breton artichokes and fresh fish on site. Here you can enjoy an ideal starting point for excursions along the north coast of Brittany: westwards to Finistère, "the end of the world"; Here are the port of Roscoff and the Bay of Morlaix worth a visit, and in the east is the popular resort of Perros-Guirec with its wide range of leisure activities, numerous water sports, casino, restaurants and pleasant creperies

    “Haus ist neu, modern, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit vielen Küchengeräten. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Ort entfernt und man kann auch in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer sein.
    Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus.”

    “Ruhige Lage im Grünen, 5 Minuten von Ploumilliau entfernt; Auto notwendig.
    Küste und schöne Wanderwege durch Wald und Flur und entlang des Le Léguer, vorbei an Schlössern, Kapellen und einer Wassermühle sind schnell erreichbar. Kleinere Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuch im Ort möglich.
    Sehr gepflegtes, abgeschlossenes, gut ausgestattetes und modern eingerichtetes Haus mit kleinem Garten. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastleute. Guter Ausgangspunkt für motorisierte Urlauber um Küste und Land zu besuchen.”

    “Neues, schönes, sauberes und modernes Ferienhaus, welches liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Alles was für den täglichen Gebrauch nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Obwohl das Haus etwas abgelegen ist, ist Einkauf, Strand etc. mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Dafür ist es ruhig und man kann gut abschalten.”
