Cozy and very well equipped holiday home with a beautiful, enclosed garden and terrace. Your faithful four-legged friend is also very welcome here! Three bedrooms can accommodate six people, the modern living room with fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen ensure carefree hours. Right next to the house is a playground where the little guests can let off steam. The Dornum district in Schwittersum is located slightly outside Dornum and promises a peaceful holiday time.     “Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einen Hund vor Ort, wie der Vor Bewerter schon bemerkte ist das Objekt sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet! Eine Microwelle wäre aber bei der Ausstattung noch zu empfehlen! Auch eine Anleitung oder Holz zum Benutzen des Kamins wäre wünschentswert!
    Zu Bemängeln wäre das in der Küche das Raffrollo defekt und im Wohnzimmer eine Store ( abgefallen da Klett defekt) nicht funktionierten!     Zum Thema Sauberkeit und Ausstattung kann ich nicht viel negatives sagen. Die Küche mit Beststeck und Tellern war soweit sehr gut ausgestattet.

    Dusche Und Bad war OK aber nicht gut. Weil der Durchlauferhitzer der das Wasser erhitzt war einfach viel zu schwach so war der Wasserdruck sobald man es etwas Wärmer haben wollte einfach nur sehr schwach.

    Das Haus wurde als voll eingezäunt vermietet. Was soweit auch stimmt, nur das der Zaun der zum Spielplatz führt zwar super war und auch groß genug. Aber das Tor darin war nicht abschließbar.

    Dagegen der andere Zaun zum Nachbarn war zum einen Löchrig und zum anderen viel zu niedrig. Bei unserem kleinen Hund müssten wir uns keine sorgen machen, dass er darüber weg kann, aber denke ab Labrador Aufwärts wäre der Zaun kein Hindernis mehr.

    Was mir leider am wenigsten zugesagt hat, war die Hausverwaltung!!
    Anreise ab 15 Uhr ist ja Ok weil sie müssen ja auch Zeit haben es zu reinigen wenn der neue Mieter kommt. (Als wir gekommen sind war es wirklich sehr sauber)
    Aber jetzt kommt mein Kritikpunkt Abreise bis 10 Uhr Was an sich auch in Ordnung ist. Nur das Büro zur Abgabe des Schlüssels macht erst ab 9 Uhr auf. Was zum einen nirgendwo vermerkt ist. Daher waren wir auch schon um 8 Uhr da. Erst nach Anruf kam auch jemand raus und nahm uns die
