Very nice two-family house with beautiful view of the village and the famous Krimml waterfalls (1100 m above sea level): the best starting point for numerous hiking opportunities and only a few minutes' walk from the refreshing outdoor swimming pool of Krimml. The holiday residence is located directly on the panorama hiking trail (also ideal for Nordic walking; equipment rental approx. 150 m) and only 400 m from the Tauern cycle path. Guided walks are offered by the community (partly for a fee) - cycling and walking information is available on site.

Activities nearby: The Krimml waterfalls, the largest waterfalls in Europe, are a must-see. The theme park of the "WasserWunderWelt" (only 500 m from the holiday home) offers a further insight into the unique elixir of life, water. An exciting experience for the whole family. Numerous possibilities are available, e.g. more than 60 km of good and signposted hiking trails at all heights, the Krimmler village market - one of the weekly highlights for young and old, Nordic walking - 7 varied routes and a qualified team of trainers, swimming fun in the solar heated outdoor pool or in the cool Law of the Durlaßboden reservoir mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
