The house has a well-kept garden with lawn - perfect for relaxing and for carefree hours with the whole family. Enjoy the first sun rays with a hearty breakfast on your balcony or roof terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Only 900 m separate your apartment with WiFi from the warmest swimming lake of Austria with drinking water quality in a unique mountain landscape. St. Kanzian in the Klopeiner See region is part of South Carinthia. With a length of 1.8 km and a width of 800 m, swimming pleasure is guaranteed here. Nothing is an active holiday in this area in the way: you can discover the beauty of the region with its breathtaking nature during long walks, cycling along the Drau or around the lakes and a mountain bike.

Activities in the area: On the beaches of the Klopeiner See you can relax and enjoy the tranquility or exercise. The lake has drinking water quality and is one of the hottest lakes of Carinthia with around 28 degrees in the summer months. Even for divers, the Klopeiner See is very attractive due to the pure spring water - a sight up to 15 m is possible. Sports fishermen also come to their draw (only with a fishing license), your landlord itself is fishing and can give you the best advice. The newly designed promenade along the lake is ideal for hiking - ensure entertainment is taken during festivals to the lake. Your accommodation is also the perfect starting point for other activities. A cycling and walking path runs directly past the accommodation and Nordic Walking is also possible. From May to September, the tourist office provides guided cycling, hiking and Nordic walking trips (sometimes for a fee). There are several cabins where you can enjoy the typical Carinthian cuisine and traditional hospitality

    “Velká spokojenost s majiteli, čistotou a vybavením domu. Jediný důvod, proč jsme nedali pátý domeček, je skrytý poplatek - kauce ve výši 50 euro, který byl nevratný, aniž by to bylo jasné z rezervačního systému. Nic to nemění na kvalitě vybavení, čistotě domu. Pěkné.”

    “Room furnishings were very old and the beds in very bad condition, information on the distance to the lake did not correspond to the catalogue, had booked a holiday apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, unfortunately such an apartment was not available upon arrival,”

    “Le mobilier de la chambre était très ancien et les lits en très mauvais état, les informations sur la distance au lac ne correspondaient pas au catalogue, nous avions réservé un appartement de vacances avec 2 chambres séparées, malheureusement un tel appartement n'était pas disponible à l'arrivée ,”
