Höchenschwand - das "Dorf am Himmel" mit ausgezeichneter Höhenluft und Fernsicht auf die Alpen erwartet Sie mit schönen Wanderwegen, verschlungenen Pfaden, abwechslungsreichen Mountainbikerouten sowie 34 km Loipennetz und ist nur 10 Fahrminuten vom Schluchsee entfernt.
Welcome to our newly renovated holiday flat Sunneschii in Höchenschwand.
Höchenschwand - the "village in the sky" with excellent mountain air and distant views of the Alps awaits you with beautiful hiking trails, winding paths, varied mountain bike routes as well as 34 km of cross-country ski trails and is only a 10-minute drive from Schluchsee.
Die Ferienwohnung ist ca. 52m² groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett für 2 Personen (1,80m x 2m), im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen (Stapelbett 2x 1m).
Die Küchenzeile im Wohnzimmer ist komplett mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Senseo-Pad-MAschine und Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Auch der Essplatz mit 4 Stühlen befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Wlan steht in der Wohnung zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stockwerk in einem sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus an herrlicher, ruhiger Südlage, direkt angrenzend an das Naturschutzgebiet. Vom Tiefgaragenplatz kommen Sie durch die Hanglage des Hauses mit ebenerdigem Zugang zur Wohnung.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein geräumiger Balkon in Südlage. Ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und Markise ist vorhanden.
Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine Garderobe.
Ein gemeinsamer Ski-/Fahrradraum, sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Münzbetrieb stehen zur Verfügung.
Auf der gleichen Etage wie auch die Wohnung, steht im Haus eine Sauna und ein Solarium (beides gegen Gebühr) zur Verfügung.
Haustiere sind in der Wohnung leider nicht gestattet.
In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Ortszentrum mit Bushaltestelle. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants finden Sie in Höchenschwand und Häusern.
Viele Wanderwege (z. B. Wolfspfad), ein idyllisch gelegenes Waldfreibad, Tennisplätze, Minigolf, das Natursportzentrum, ein kleiner Skilift, Schlittelgelegenheit und auch das 34 km Langlaufloipennetz sind sehr gut von der Ferienwohnung aus zu erreichen. Schluchsee, Titisee und sein Badeparadies, der Europapark, die Schweiz, der Feldberg und Freiburg sind nur einige der attraktiven Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Mit der Gästekarte können Sie im gesamten Schwarzwald kostenlos mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren.
In Höchenschwand gibt es beim Haus des Gastes 2 Ladestationen für E-Autos und auch mind. eine für E-Bikes.
The holiday flat is approx. 52m² and offers space for up to 4 people.
In the bedroom there is a double bed for 2 persons (1.80m x 2m), in the living room a sofa bed for 2 persons (stackable bed 2x 1m).
The kitchenette in the living room is fully equipped with cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and kitchen utensils. The dining area with 4 chairs is also located in the living room. Wifi is available in the flat.
The flat is located on the 1st floor in a very well-maintained apartment building in a wonderful, quiet south-facing location, directly adjacent to the nature reserve. From the underground parking space you reach the flat through the slope of the house with ground level access.
The flat also has a spacious balcony facing south. A table with 4 chairs and awning is available.
There is a wardrobe in the entrance area.
A shared ski/bicycle room, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available.
On the same floor as the flat, the house has a sauna and a solarium (both for a fee).
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the flat.
In only a few minutes you can reach the village centre with bus stop. Shopping facilities and various restaurants can be found in Höchenschwand and Häusern.
Many hiking trails (e.g. Wolfspfad), an idyllically situated outdoor swimming pool in the forest, tennis courts, mini golf, the nature sports centre, a small ski lift, tobogganing opportunities and also the 34 km cross-country ski trail network are very easy to reach from the holiday flat. Schluchsee, Titisee and its bathing paradise, the Europapark, Switzerland, the Feldberg and Freiburg are just some of the attractive excursion possibilities.
With the guest card you can travel free of charge on public transport throughout the Black Forest.
In Höchenschwand there are 2 charging stations for e-cars and at least one for e-bikes at the Haus des Gastes.
