This beautiful vacation home offers space for a large family or group of friends. The house is decorated in soft colors and has a fully finished and elegant style. It has high ceilings and large windows that provide beautiful daylight.
From the large terrace and from parts of the spacious garden you have a beautiful fjord view. The cottage is excellently located, with a short walk to a store and a marina. It is only about 120 m to the fjord and the boat, which can be rented from the homeowner. Large plot and beautifully landscaped garden, which invites many hours of fun and games, relaxation and outdoor dining.
The area around the cottage offers good fishing and hiking opportunities. Grytenuten offers you a fantastic view of the fjord and the mountains. A short drive away is the cozy town of Sand with stores, restaurants, the Ryfylke Museum and the mighty Sandsfossen. Also make the trip to the small town of Sauda with water park and golf park. Haugesund and Stavanger with numerous cultural events are also within easy reach for day trips.
