Upper floor: open living/dining room with dining table, TV, digital TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the terrace.     “Die Ferienwohnung Dankaertstraat 1F ist top - man kann sich darin nur wohlfühlen. Wir haben die Wohnung - bis auf ein noch sandiges Sofa - sehr sauber angetroffen. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und komfortabel. Der Mikrowellenherd hat eine Backfunktion und wurde zum Aufbacken von Brötchen benutzt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auffällig war, dass sich die Wohnung im Tagesverlauf durch die Sonne stark aufheizt - an den großen Fenstern sind dunkle Lamellen angebracht; in den Nachbarwohnungen sind ersichtlich Vorhänge vorhanden, die sowohl abends und nachts eine stärkere Verdunklung als auch tagsüber eine stärkere Verschattung möglich machen. Wir waren jetzt eine Woche im Mai in Bredene und können uns nicht vorstellen, wie die Temperaturen in der Wohnung im Sommer sind. Einen Bewertungsabschlag gibt es, weil trotz des Hinweises in den Mietbedingungen (Nachbarschaft legt Wert auf ruhige Mieter) genau gegenüber eine Bar mit Aussenbestuhlung betrieben wird und die Gäste dort nach eventuell vielem Bierkonsum alles andere als leise waren. Die Wohnung im „Campingparadies“ Bredene ist ein Highlight.”
