The house is ideal for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only 5 minutes from the town Labin and its alleys in the old part of town and Rabac, the popular tourist resort on the east coast of Istria. It is situated on the outskirts of the village and has beautiful view of the surrounding hills. On large property it offers to the guests a swimming pool, terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining, barbecue fireplace, sun loungers, parasols and several parking spaces.
Villa Laura for 4-6 people consists of ground floor with living room with two sofa beds for two children, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
