The multi family home is located in El Cotillo in northern Fuerteventura. It is 200 meters from the sandy beach. Enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony.
All three apartments were completed in 2015 and are located on the first floor of a multi-family home. They each offer a living/dining room, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony and access to the community roof terrace. Each flat accommodates two people and is equipped with a satellite television and at least one fan.
The balconies offer ocean views and are great for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine. The communal roof terrace is furnished with seating accommodation and sun loungers.
Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
The beach and the ocean are only 100 meters from the house. Restaurants and nightlife, the harbour and cafes are only 50 meters from the property. It is only 200 meters to a grocery store.

Das Penthouse wurde Juni 2021 fertiggestellt und liegt direkt an der Nord-West Küste des Fischerdorfes "El Cotillo" im Norden Fuerteventuras.
Das Penthouse ist im modernen Stil eingerichtet und hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Induktionskochfeld und Silestone Arbeitsplatte. Das Wohnzimmer ist modern und grosszügig gehalten und der Schlafbereich hat zwei 90x200 Betten und einen schlichten Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeltür. Das Badezimmer ist funktionell eingerichtet mit modernen grauen Fliessen und einer begehbaren Dusche. Alles in allem ein 34qm Penthouse kompakt und ideal für 2 Personen.
Im Aussenbereich befindet sich eine grosse Terrasse und der Teil der direkt am Penthouse grenzt ist exklusiv nur für seine Gäste. Der Rest der Terrasse darf von den anderen Wohnungen benutzt werde.
Sensationeller Blick auf die Sandstrände, den Festungsturm und den Sonnenuntergang von El Cotillo
Die wilden bizarren Buchten mit den hohen Klippen und meterhohen Wellen sind ein Surferparadies. In dem kleinen Fischerdörfchen ist alles zu Fuss in 5min. erreichbar. Gute Restaurants mit moderaten Preisen oder nette Bars prägen das Bild von El Cotillo.
