Apartment in Tar with Decorative Fireplace

The newly built Istrian-style apartment FIORELA 1 is located in Tar, a small town 10 km from Poreč.


The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three neighboring structures that together form the residence. The air-conditioned apartment located on the ground floor of the secondary stone building with two apartments.


The Fiorela1 apartments on the ground floor and Fiorela2 on the upper floor can be connected and become a home for groups of several people.


The accommodation consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed (bed 160x200), linen provided (weekly change), from the room you can also go out onto the terrace, bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, towels two per person provided (changed weekly), living area with sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with four seats, kitchenette with two electric hobs, fridge with freezer area (10 l), toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, Mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, a decorative fireplace only.


The terrace with four garden chairs and a table is connected to the living area.


Guests have at their disposal for shared use the swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the games room for children and adults with pool table, table tennis, TV. flat screen, sofas and armchairs.

The property is fenced, free public parking is located near the residence (50m).

In the structure, on request, a shared space with a washing machine, iron and ironing board is available.


The grocery store, church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. The station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is located 50 m from the property . Near motordrome, tennis courts and horse riding center.
