The detached beautiful country house with basement, ground and first floor. Villa is completely fenced providing you intimacy and security during your stay. Near the picturesque city of Vodnjan and in vicinity of the most popular Istrian destination such are Pula and Rovinj. On the next side of street is beautiful Mediterranean wood perfect for walking and running. It si perfect area for bikers either on the roads or for mountain biking.
Villa has a rustic basement with fire place, laundry room and fitness room. The ground floor is about 150 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A large living room with dinning table, a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a two double sofa beds. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are all easily accessible with car in the area of 5-10 km.
