An energy fireplace of indoor and outdoor use is situated in the living room along with a fully equipped bar and a modern designed dining area . You can also find a high quality sound system that can create the ideal atmosphere. Going into the main part, you will find a fully equipped and modern design kitchen. There is one master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a king size bed. There is also an extra guest’s bathroom. This house also comes with a private gym room and a sauna room that will add the extra service and relax you need. Entering the second house from each private entrance, you will find a spacious open living room area with a dining table that offers an outstanding view to the pool and the sea. Continuing inwards, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that provides everything you need for your special meal. Next to the kitchen there is the main bathroom and a bedroom / dress room with a double sofa bed. This room leads to the two separate bedrooms with double beds.
