Simple cottage near the sandy beach of Balka.
This cottage is decorated in a bright Scandinavian house style and welcomes up to 6 guests. In addition to the two bedrooms in the house, there is an annex with a double bed. From the living room you can access the covered terrace with garden furniture. In the garden you will find plenty of space to relax and play. There is also a swing here.
In this practical vacation home you will stay near a wonderful sandy beach. Here you can swim, relax or just take a lovely walk. The cottage is also close to a mini golf course, a tennis court and a surf school and close to Nexø and the idyllic fishing village of Snogebæk with cozy restaurants, stores and a smokehouse.
Note: In some parts of the house the ceiling height is only 1.70 m.
