The comfortably furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation home. The panoramic window gives you a great view of the fascinating landscape. Adjacent to the cozy living room is the open and fully equipped kitchen with sitting area. Additional equipment in the kitchen includes a baby bottle warmer, egg boiler and kettle. For the 5th person there is a folding bed that can be placed in the living area.

On the terrace you can greet the day with a view of the mountains. And while your children play on the large lawn, end the day grilling in the brick barbecue on the beautiful terrace.
Your parking space is only about 50 m away from your vacation apartment.

The vacation park offers a variety of recreational opportunities. The vacation village lake invites you to sunbathe in summer and ice skating in winter. Plenty of space for romping is offered by the playground and the numerous play areas. Only about 500 m away, the riding stable Kummersdorf welcomes horse lovers.

The Bavarian Forest invites you to explore the wonderful nature with numerous cycling and hiking trails. A bicycle rental is located in Arrach.
In winter there are many winter sports possibilities. Ski resorts such as Hohenbogen, Großer Arber, St. Englmar and Eck are very popular, easy to reach and allow pure winter fun. The surrounding area also offers you many interesting excursion destinations: Seepark Arrach, fairy tale and ghost castle Lambach, museum village Tittling, bird of prey park Grafenwiesen, summer toboggan run St. Englmar, high ropes park Lam, Badewelt Aqacur Bad Kötzting and the cities of Regensburg, Bodenmais, Zwiesel and Passau.
