Celebrate holidays in luxury and comfort within walking distance of the sea and beach. These luxury 5-person apartments are equipped with every luxury. You enter the apartment through the entrance with a large storage room. The spacious living room offers a beautiful view with comfortable seating. The dining area offers a place to enjoy beside the kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms. The two bedrooms have a double bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking place, dishwasher, oven, freezer, kettle and nespresso. There is also a spacious bathroom with a sink, shower and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet. Enjoy the sun on the balcony or terrace and look forward to the next holiday!

Complex
Aparthotel Zoutelande consists of 30 studios and 18 apartments spread over two buildings, the Paalhoofd building and the Breakwater building. The aparthotel has a unique location, just a one-minute walk from the beach. There is one parking space per suite in a secure car park within walking distance. There is a central storage room for storing bicycles and an area for washing and drying, for a fee. A camping baby bed and high chair can be rented separately.

Surroundings
Zoutelande is surrounded by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their location on the south and their characteristic wooden pole heads. Thanks to a unique combination of wind and water, Zeeland has the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. A refreshing dip on a warm summer day or a breath of fresh air in the fall, the beach has an irresistible attraction every season! Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the Outback

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
